§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service (hereinafter 'Regulations') define the rules for using the website available at www.novaedtech.com (hereinafter 'Platform') and the general conditions for services provided by Nova EdTech Strategies s.r.o., Opletalova 25, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic.
- Contact with the Service Provider is possible via email: contact@novaedtech.com or by phone: +420 224 123 456. These Regulations are made available to all Users free of charge via the Platform.
- The use of the Platform signifies acceptance of these Regulations. The User agrees to comply with all provisions contained herein. The content published on the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.
- All intellectual property rights to the content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, and logos, belong to the Service Provider and are protected by law. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
§ 2. Definitions
- Platform – The website operated by the Service Provider at the address www.novaedtech.com.
- User – Any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit using the Platform or the Services provided by the Service Provider.
- Account – A user profile, if applicable, created for accessing specific parts of the Platform or Services.
- Services – Consulting services in the field of educational technology provided by Nova EdTech Strategies s.r.o., the details of which are specified in a separate agreement.
- Regulations – These Terms of Service.
§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided
- The Service Provider offers access to informational content on the Platform regarding educational technology consulting. This includes articles, case studies, and descriptions of services. Access to this general content is free of charge.
- The User can submit inquiries via the contact form. By submitting the form, the User agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of receiving a response, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- The core Services of Nova EdTech Strategies s.r.o. consist of paid B2B consulting. The specific scope, terms, and remuneration for these Services are determined in an individual contract concluded between the Service Provider and the client.
- The Service Provider may also offer a newsletter service. Subscribing is voluntary and requires providing an email address and giving consent for receiving marketing communications.
§ 4. Technical Requirements
- To use the Platform correctly, the User must have a device with internet access and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for technical problems or limitations in the User's equipment that prevent the proper use of the Platform.
- The User is solely responsible for ensuring the security of their device and data against viruses and other online threats.
§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User
- The User is obligated to use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose, applicable law, and these Regulations. The User must not provide unlawful content.

- Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform or Services will be resolved by the competent court for the registered office of the Service Provider.
- The law applicable to these Regulations and any agreements for Services is the law of the Czech Republic.
